Alt-Gen Solutions is not an emergency utility service. If there is immediate danger, call local emergency services or your utility provider.
Assessments and recommendations
Any backup power recommendation depends on the customer’s home, electrical panel, fuel access, desired appliances, generator capacity and installation requirements. Final scope must be confirmed before purchase or installation.
Safe generator operation
Portable generators must be operated outdoors and away from doors, windows, vents, garages, sheds and enclosed spaces. Customers are responsible for following product manuals, safety instructions and applicable laws.
Third-party services
The website may use third-party hosting, analytics, form routing, CRM or advertising platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms.
